Ruby Tuesday in Gaitdersburg

Had a free Birthday burger I chosed the all you can eat salad bar Thanks to Ruby Tuesday.

The food was good and so was the service.

Burger was really bad, fries was worse, lettuce was old on salad bar...I really didn't like the food at all, the service was good so.

This is the first time that I have been there in awhile and I must say the service wasn't that good at all. Our server was slow and my food didn't come out right.So as of tonight I give it one star. Hopefully this server will get better. He seemed as if he was overwhelmed.

Consistently good and always a bargain when you join their dining club. Steak never disappoints. Servers are friendly and courteous. Garden bar tastes really fresh and i add it to my entree every time.

Ordered via Door dash near close. Instructions were not followed and food tasted as if it was just sitting there all day long. Driver had to wait for food so you would expect it to be hot but it was very stale. Would not order from here again.

Great atmosphere and super attentive service. The menu was fresh and delightful. Will easily recommend this restaurant to others. Reasonable rates and generous portions. Great job.

Nice place good food good tude

So I came to visit family( I'm from Massachusetts) we came in for dinner and shortly after I didn't feel so good, I talked to the manager and I believe his name was Juan and he went to investigate for me. Both him and our waitress were very understanding and apologetic. Hence why I'm giving this review. All very polite and they took it off the bill for me!

We met with friends at this spot for dinner. we heard about this restaurant from a lot of people. Well, it was very successful. The staff welcomed us with a smile and we had a fantastic feeling. The food was just great. We enjoyed every moment and we will definitely return to this restaurant. we highly recommend this place.

Dinner with friends at ruby's. Food was tasty. The entrees with the endless salad bar offers a little healthier choices than other restaurants.

I went there for the Tuesday (get it?) $5.00 lunch. Today it was chicken tenders and fries, but the lunch offered is different every week. When I have time I go I do. The food is served quickly by the pleasant wait staff.

The waitress (Oh how I wish I could remember her name) we had was horrible!! However, the manager was EXCELLENT!!

Omgosh wonderful the new salmon was awesome. Other people complained that the restaurant was too cold, but to me was fine. Waitress wa very courteous and prompt The food delicious. First time in my life going to restaurant that didn't take doggy food out.

Greasy, Greasy, Greasy. Seriously there's no reason a burger needs to be this greasy.

Parking available and staff is very courteous. Service is fast .food is excellent

This is a chain restaurant. This one in Lake Forest mall was attractively presented. The salad bar was excellent. The portions were generous. The prices were moderate.

Food was great and fast and our server was very polite.

If you'd like a very rare hamburger when you ask for medium, this is the place for you. I'll try something less convenient to the Lake Forest Mall but somewhere that can cook a hamburger to order properly.My companion enjoyed the salad bar just fine. Hard to mess that up.

My server was a young gentleman with glasses with black hair and slim build average height. He did an amazing job and took great great care of me. I can't wait to go back for lunch, and the salad bar is absolutely to die for for the price.

fairly good for good price

Nice waiters and quickly served food! I mainly go for the endless salad bar, although I would recommend the salmon. The sweet potato is good, but if you don't eat them immediately after you receive them, they would become all wet...Although there is a bar, it doesn't set a nerve-wracking ambiance for younger children. I'm only upset that they got rid of the mandarin oranges from the endless garden bar.

The all you can eat salad bar at Ruby Tuesdays is fantastic! There are so many items to choose from and it was absolutely delicious!! And you can't beat $5 all you can eat on Tuesdays!!

I enjoy bringing my family here to eat. The food is delicious our server Stepha H was very pleasant and nice. The steak was very delicious and the strawberry lemonade was so good.

This place is worth a try. They serve large portions for reasonable prices. Constantly neat and with good vibes. Highly recommended.

Horrible service! The chicken tenders were raw. They made a new batch but it wasn't ready until the entire party finished their meals. Then the waitress pocketed the $50 in cash (which was to go towards the bill) then charged my card for the entire bill minus $20, which went on another person's card. Then lied and said the machine automatically charged the card. I even gave her a note to charge $20 on each card (2 separate cards...and the rest was in cash). Absolute nonsense. Will never go to this location ever again or recommend it! We also had to keep asking our waitress to bring out items we requested several times.

Love RT. For me it is the place that I go to when I am hungry and want to have good time with good friends or family. Its RT, you got to know it. If you dont, you should.

We love Ruby Tuesday. The food is always great and I personally never miss the salad bar! I love how I can get as much salad as I want for the price of a portion of French fries!! I also love the free refill lemonades. Most places would offer free refill on soda only and I am not a big fan of sodas. They also have a pretty big variety of food so there is something for every taste!Their staff is very polite. They usually hire young students and I actually find them very cute when they come to your table very nervously. I am glad this restaurant is giving them a chance to start working!We go to this Ruby Tuesday pretty often and never have bad experience. Very satisfied!!

Just went to bar, which was fine. But seems like a bit of a relic from the past, and a bit dark and depressing.
